Spring is one of our favorite seasons!  The grass is green, flowers are blooming, and the farmer’s market has its biggest variety of fruits and veggies!   So when we ran across cantaloupes for 77 cents each, we went a little canta-crazy!   Cantaloupe is a perfect source of vitamin A, not to mention it’s absolutely scrumptious!


With our extra cantaloupe we decided to create some healthy “melonsicles”!  And guess what!?  You only need three ingredients!

2 cups of cantaloupe pieces
1 cup of almond milk
3 tablespoons of honey, or more if you like a sweeter pop

Blend together the three ingredients in a blender and pour into popsicle molds.  Test out your mixtures for sweetness and add more honey if needed.  Freeze for a few hours and enjoy!
