Southerndoe® is a registered trademarked brand. This trademark includes the logo and brand name on all products and the graphics created by Southerndoe. We also reserve the right to all of our designs on our products and will not tolerate any duplication without granted permission. 

Shipping, Handling & Delivery

Most website orders will ship the next business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once a package leaves our Studio, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged due to the carrier, and your products are now damaged inside, please reach out to us with pictures. We may be able to file an insurance claim and get a new product sent to you. We always recommend showing your local carrier driver or post master the quality of the delivery.

Package Tracking shows "Delivered", but did not arrive

If your package shows "Delivered" via it's tracking number, but did not arrive, please speak with your carrier or local post master as we are unable to assist or refund if the tracking status shows "Delivered." Sadly, if the address is correct and the status shows "Delivered", the carrier has delivered the package and will not refund the shipping company (Southerndoe) for loss such as theft. However, your local carrier driver may be able to assist in locating the missing package. We always recommend shipping to a safe place, a well-known address, or being home when packages are delivered.

Carrier & Cost

Our shipping costs, both wholesale and online, are set and are non-negotiable.We use USPS to ship our Online Shop orders. The cost is calculated by USPS. The cost of shipping includes the container, the insurance, and delivery of your order.

Returns + Exchanges

We strongly encourage you to check our Size Chart prior to checking out. Once your order is placed, Southerndoe can not make changes to your order. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend visiting an Authorized Southerndoe Retailer who allows returns in-store or online.


All orders are non-refundable, we do not accept returns for a refund.

Exchange For Store Credit

If you would like to make an exchange, our Team must be contacted within 14 business days of the order date. Contact our Team by emailing with the Order # and Name on the order. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

The exchange process begins with an email to our Team. Once our Team approves the exchange, the product must arrive within 7 business days. We will look the product over and approve the store credit if the product is still in the original condition. A member of our Team will issue you a credit to our website so you are able to purchase a new size or use the credit toward a different design. You will be able to use this credit at check out.

If sending in an exchange, the product must be in original condition with tags attached and without stains. (This includes makeup and deodorant from trying the product on.) The product also may not have been washed, have stain remover, or any perfumes or scents on the fabric. If the product has visible damages or tags missing and is still sent for exchange, Southerndoe reserves the right to refuse the exchange.

Final Sale

Items purchased in the LAST CALL and $10 & UNDER sections may not be exchanged. Additionally, any item that is lists Final Sale in the products description can not be exchanged. 

Damaged or Incorrect Products Received

If we’ve sent the wrong item or the item is damaged, we will take care of the costs to get you a new item. Please contact us to make arrangements.


We have done our best to display product colors as accurately as possible on our website. The colors you see will depend on your monitor settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate or similar to ours.

All direct payment gateways adhere to standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. This helps ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. However, sometimes unexpected stuff happens and Southerndoe can’t guarantee 100% security of your data or be held responsible for any unexpected mishaps that may occur.
